Core Research
My research program applies emerging analytical techniques such as DNA metabarcoding, Joint Species Distribution Modeling, and multilayer network construction to understand community assembly in nocturnal Malagasy lemurs. I aim to use the lens of community ecology to design applied conservation directives. My work is primarily based in Zombitse-Vohibasia National Park, in Southwestern Madagascar. I additionally am a member of the SAFER project and a board member for WISE Tropics, Inc. Please contact me if you are interested in collaborating.
